Aside from always having been above the industry standard for competitive wages and a professional working environment, Allure is excited to announce a brand new and innovative benefits package. Here is a recap of what Allure is now doing for our employees:
Healthcare: A comprehensive medical, dental and vision package for full time employees.
Simple IRA: A company matching simple IRA for any employee who earns $5000 in any calendar year.
Vacation: Five days of vacation after six months and within your first year. Seven days vacation during year two. 10 days of vacation during years three through five. 15 days of vacation during year six and above. Full-time employees only (32+ hours a week or more).
Gym Membership: A free gym membership to Planet Fitness after 90 days (optional) for all employees working 20 hours or more. Managers are eligible for the PF black card which includes massage chairs, tanning, hydro massage and a list of many other great benefits.
Spa Day: After one year, all full time employees receive an Allure anniversary spa day where they will receive either a massage, manicure and/or pedicure ($100 value). This is an annual event and it includes an extra paid day off!
