We currently offer various shipping options through USPS within the continental U.S. Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location, package weight, and the service level selected at checkout. Available shipping options include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Express.

Should any returns or exchanges need to be made, the cost of shipping the item(s) to our Brookfield location is to be covered by the customer.

 

In Store Purchases:  Allure offers product exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase for unworn, originally tagged merchandise.  We do not provide cash or credit card refunds, no exceptions.  All panties, opened accessories, sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
